Hey, and I gave away a ton of swag!

Just a reminder to those who took books: I'd really appreciate
reviews.  I like to know where our books rock and suck.  I'd be VERY
grateful if the reviews ended up on Amazon as reader reviews where
other people can see them.  Grateful to the point of giving away more
swag ....

The reviews you post don't have to be positive, just honest and
informed.  The only reviews I don't like are "I didn't read this book
but it is about Mac OS X and I love Linux so it sucks and that's why I
gave it one star.  Free software or die!  Woo!  Go Stallman!  Eat my
pud, Jobs!!!  Linus is DREAMY!"
